On November 12, 2024, our Managing Partner, Dr. Novio Manurung, S.H., M.H., had the honor of representing the Indonesian Association of Receiver and Administrators (AKPI) in trial at Indonesia's Constitutional Court (MK), under Case Number 112/PUU-XXII/2024. Essentially to conduct a judicial review of Articles 74 (1), 74 (3), and 185 (3) of Law No. 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations.
