On Tuesday, December 10, 2024, we, MFS Law Firm, along with our Data Protection team and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, held a meeting regarding Personal Data Protection. We have been appointed by PT Kalbe Farma Tbk as their Data Protection Officer.
In this capacity, we provide mechanisms for the personal data protection process to support the business activities of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, a company in the healthcare sector, Both for personal data from consumers, employees, and other parties as well as other companies in the sector that directly handle specific personal data. Accordingly, adjustments are required to comply with Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning the Protection of Personal Data.
