On 11 November 2024, our esteemed Partner, Mr. Randy Ozora Siregar, S.H., M.H., served as Administrator at the Meeting of Creditors concerning PT Mulia Permata. This significant agenda was part of the ongoing restructuring process aimed at supporting the company’s financial recovery and long-term stability. This meeting held in the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, with the agenda Creditor’s Claim and Tax Verification and discussion of the proposed Composition Plan & Voting.
During this meeting, all parties engaged in detailed and productive discussions to ensure that claims submitted by Creditors were substantiated with appropriate evidence and aligned with the Debtor's financial statements or recognized by the Debtor himself.
