Dennis joined MFS in 2023 and focuses his practice on Corporate Commercial Transaction, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Banking and Finance, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Data Protetion, and General Corporate Law.

In FDI and M&A, Dennis conducted end-to-end acquisition and transaction processes in various business sectors, including medical equipment, power generation, and food and beverage, involving both domestic companies and foreign-owned companies.

In Corporate Commercial Transaction, Dennis conducted end-to-end corporate transaction in various business sectors including medical equipment, power generation, and food and beverage, involving both domestic companies and foreign-owned companies.

In Finance Sector, Dennis represented a public financing company, including but not limited to drafting, reviewing, and adjusting financing agreements, structuring financing schemes in line with the company's business plan, as well as overseeing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In Data Protection Sector, Dennis conducted the end-to-end personal data protection process for public finance company, public healthcare company, and other companies that process data privacy for their business activities, including but not limited to designing, developing, and overseeing all personal data protection and also being their Data Protection Officer.

Dennis earned his Sarjana Hukum (S.H.) degree cum laude in 2023 from the Trisakti University, majoring in business law. Dennis also certified Data Protection Officer from Asosiasi Profesional Data Indonesia (APPDI).
