Putu Angelika Berlyanta Putri, S.H., M.H

Angel is a Junior Associate at MFS Law Firm. She joined the firm in early 2025 as a Legal Intern. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, with a major in Business Law, and later obtained her Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia.

During her time at MFS Law Firm, she focuses on and handles various matters related to corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign and domestic investments, commercial agreements, including the drafting and review of distributor agreements, general business advisory, personal data protection, as well as postponement of debt payment obligations (PKPU).
